Studio Policies For OSPA

 

A $25 Annual Registration Fee per student is due at time of registration, and every August thereafter.

 

Methods of payment accepted – Cash, Check, or Venmo

PAYMENTS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

 

MONTHLY TUITION is due by the 1ST CLASS OF EVERY MONTH. Tuition includes time in class, it does not cover any extra fees that may be required during a session such as recital, performance, and costume fees.

 

A late fee of $10 will be charged if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

 

A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

 

Tuition for all classes is charged monthly. Any extra classes or rehearsals will be included in your monthly tuition (excludes recital, performance, and costume fees). Please consider these added lessons to be make-up classes for months with holidays where classes will not be held.

 

Make-up Classes: If a student misses a class, it is his/her responsibility to make it up. A make-up class will offered the last Saturday of every month as needed.

 

Class Conduct: All students are expected to be respectful and disciplined in class to create a positive, professional dance experience for all students.

 

OSPA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to class size or other circumstances.
